Songstress Laura Bird draws inspiration from a mosaic of early folk roots and bluegrass music to old jazz standards. As both a musician and visual artist, she writes with the heart of a storyteller and a painters' eye for lush images. Audiences from house concert to festival stage have embraced her warm relaxed stage presence, finely honed guitar work, and her distinctive smoky voice. Bird will perform selections from her two critically acclaimed recording projects "Dreamwalker" and "The Water In Between"; and also plans to share new songs from her latest work.
